Spotware Systems is seeking a highly skilled PR Manager to be responsible for managing and executing its global public relations strategy. The focus will be on increasing brand awareness and web presence while ensuring a strong public image for cTrader and other Spotware products. The successful candidate will lead all external communications efforts, including media relations, influencer relations, and industry media resource management, particularly within the fintech, FX/CFD, and prop trading sectors. Additionally, this role will involve overseeing a team of remote specialists managing multi-language media resources to ensure global reach and engagement.Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the public relations strategy.
Manage media relations.
Create and distribute high-quality content
Media monitoring and Social listening
Develop and maintain influencer relations.
Coordinate events
Manage owned media resources.
Handle crisis management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in public relations, ideally within the fintech, FX/CFD, or proprietary trading sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong network of media contacts in the FX/CFD industry.
Understanding of the industry media landscape and a proven ability to manage relationships with key platforms, journalists, and influencers.
Knowledge of trading platforms and the broader financial markets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in drafting press releases, media statements, and editorial content.
Proven ability to manage public relations campaigns and drive positive media coverage.
Experience in handling PR crises and maintaining a positive company image under pressure
Experience managing international media resources, including publications and platforms in multiple languages.
Ability to lead and manage regional remote teams, ensuring effective coordination and execution of media strategies.
Advanced skills in using AI tools for PR and communications (e.g., media monitoring, content ideation, sentiment analysis, press release drafting).
Fluency in English, with exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
