- Preparation of accounting records.
- Preparation of periodic management accounts and other reports tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Preparation and submission of VAT and VIES returns.
- Preparation of monthly payroll calculations.
- Preparation of monthly payroll forms for submission with the Social Insurance Office and Tax Authorities.
- Assistance with the handling of TAX and VAT matters with the Authorities.
- Direct communication with clients.
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director.
- University degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, Economics).
- At least 6+ months of experience in a relevant role is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of English & Greek languages (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel.
- Knowledge of E-Soft accounting software will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
