Strategy planning & assessment
Market entry strategy and opportunity sizing
Business / Commercial review, including services / products analysis
Market / Sector / Competition analysis

You will work with a high-performing, integrated team which focuses on a variety of global and local clients. You'll have a diverse range of stretching experiences which will give you continuous learning and development opportunities as well as a great sense of achievement.Key responsibilities of the role:

Ability to collect and utilize relevant business and industry information, and to assess this information effectively by applying strategic and commercial evaluation techniques.
Understanding key business drivers, co-developing our approach with the client, agreeing value measurements with the client, providing value to the client through insights, factual conclusions and advice.
Ability to plan, deliver, structure, write and present work against tight deadlines;
Share your technical and other knowledge with your team.
Take responsibility for own learning and development, provide coaching to others, and participate in upward feedback.
Be a team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels in EY and with clients.
Be a true business advisor to the client and establish yourself as a key client contact.

To qualify for the role you must have the following:

Strong academic record, preferably relating to Economics, Finance, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills that will enable you to understand and analyse large volumes of data.
Critical thinking and ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps.
Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English.
Effective time management, able to keep calm when under pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong people skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit with thirst for learning, team player and excellent communicator.

It will be considered an advantage if you:

Are a graduate from an MBA degree from a top-tier university.
Have experience in a similar strategy consulting firm, or strategy department.
Have solid internal and external business development acumen.
