- Implement and manage regional CRM strategies aligned with the companys business objectives.
- Improve customer retention, engagement, and loyalty through personalized and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Leverage CRM data and analytics to identify trends, customer behaviours, and opportunities for optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop regional CRM managers, ensuring best practices and performance optimization.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate CRM efforts and enhance customer experience.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of CRM tools and technologies.
- Define KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and generate reports to measure the success of CRM initiatives.
- Customize CRM approaches to fit the cultural and market-specific needs of different regions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing regional CRM managers within iGaming field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, or similar tools).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive collaborative success.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and personalization strategies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
