MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to players via live chat & emails
- Document and delegate in-game bugs and other issues
- Troubleshoot new issues directly with our players
- Interact with various departments (VIP, marketing…) to improve gameplay for players
- Extra tasks upon request (call campaigns, translations…)
- Passion for Customer Service
- Fluency in French and English at a professional level
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of gaming
- Available to work on a shift basis (5 Days/Week Monday to Sunday, 40h. per week, Shifts can start at 9AM, 10AM, 12:30PM and 14:45PM)
