- Suggest improvements that enhance product quality and customer experience
- Measure and optimise digital products to improve usability and address end-user pain points
- Use data and KPIs to support and guide design decisions
- Update and maintain the design system to ensure consistency
- Gather ongoing feedback through research and surveys to improve current UX Illustrate design ideas
- Using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and apply Design Thinking methodology
- Translate specifications into wireframes and mock-ups that clearly illustrate intuitive user interfaces
- Conduct UX audits on existing products and provide actionable suggestions for improvement
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness issues)
- Adhere to style standards for fonts, colours, and images
- Plan and execute user research and competitor analysis when needed
- Define and improve internal design processes by streamlining procedures and introducing relevant tools
- Work within cross-functional teams, alongside Product Owners and Software Developers, to design the overall user experience of digital products
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, Digital Product Design, Human Factors, or a related field
- 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally for complex web and mobile applications
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Understanding of complex design systems, such as Atomic Design framework
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and web standards
- Practical knowledge of Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines
- Familiarity with developer handover tools such as Zeplin and Overflow
- Experienced in presenting design solutions to stakeholders and developers
- Ability to understand both business and technical requirements
- Skilled in UX research and documentation through case studies and testing
- Strong consultative skills to translate ideas into viable design solutions
- Greek proficiency
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
