- Project planning.
- Site supervision, if required.
- Organization and scheduling of workforce and site.
- Preparation of material quantity estimations for orders.
- Project quantity take-offs for tendering purposes as required.
- Weekly project progress reports.
- Monitoring of project timelines.
- University degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institution in Cyprus or abroad.
- Knowledge of Tekla Structures V20 SR1 / V21.1 modeling software and/ or STRUCAD modeling software will be considered an additional qualification.
- Integrity, organizational skills, responsibility, initiative, and sound judgment.
- Ability to understand construction drawings.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to propose effective solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Excellent command of the Greek language and very good command of the English language.
