Job DescriptionOn behalf of our client, a dynamic investment firm based in Limassol, we are seeking a results-driven Conversion Sales Agent (French Speaker) to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients, guiding them through the sales process. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with prospects, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive investment decisions.As a Conversion Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in expanding the firm’s client base. The ideal candidate is persuasive, proactive, and highly motivated to exceed sales targets. Identify and engage potential clients within the forex and financial industry.
Convert leads into clients, promoting the value of our products and services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team.
Work closely with global sales to align strategies and share best practices.

Requirements

Proven sales experience, ideally in forex or finance.
Strong connections within the industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
Proficient in English and French.
