It provides asset management services with the use of advanced technology and open architecture for individuals and companies with a mission to make savings & investments available for everyone.They are looking for Senior Relationship Managers for their Private Wealth clients in the International and Greek markets.If this position is open to Hybrid and Remote work, the successful candidates will work in close coordination with the Limassol or Athens offices.As a Private Wealth Manager, you will play an important role in developing business opportunities with the Client Advisors and growing the company's client book through your network. You'll be working closely with the teams with the ultimate target of growing the local market network by referrals and by identifying new prospects.REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance Companies, or related field,
- Proven track record in finding solutions for clients having a holistic acquisition mindset,
- Great at building networks and connections (people want to know you),
- Extremely organized, with great planning skills and efficient time management
- Excellent communicator, with great presentation skills,
- Able to analyze the company's offering and propose solutions through their automated systems,
- Adhering to the company's compliance procedures and conducting all tasks involved in the onboarding process for new customers.
- Previous similar experience in banking, asset (wealth) management, family offices would be considered a plus.
- Providing clients with a great experience at every stage.
- Report to the Head of Business Development
- Other tasks and ad-hoc duties as required by the Company
- Existing portfolio of clients and ability to grow
- University degree
- Qualifications related to wealth/asset management will be considered a strong advantage
- Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, spoken and written for the Greek Market
- Excellent command of the English and German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Arabic languages for the International Market
- Strong understanding of the Financial Industry
- Resourceful and able to learn quickly, as well, capable to work independently and as part of the team
- Results orientated, working with speed and great accuracy
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills
