Are you a Jira/Confluence Specialist?Emerald Zebra is hirirng for a leading financial technology company that provides secure and efficient payment solutions. We are looking for talented individuals to join their team and help them continue to innovate in the fintech industry.As an Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Central Bank of Cyprus, they offer a wide range of financial services, including payments, e-money issuance, and identity verification. Our advanced anti-fraud and anti-money laundering systems ensure the highest level of security for our customers.Responsibilities include:

Administer, maintain, and optimize Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence platforms.
Configure workflows, permission schemes, custom fields, dashboards, automation rules, and issue types to support business processes.
Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams for all Atlassian-related requirements.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for scalability and resilience.
Ensure data integrity, manage backups, and perform regular system updates and patching.
Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to users and teams.
Enforce security protocols, access controls, and compliance standards aligned with financial industry regulations.
Collaborate with DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure teams for integrated tooling and reporting.

Requirements:Required Skills

Hands-on experience administering Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence in a complex, enterprise-level environment
Deep understanding of workflow design, permission schemes, custom fields, dashboards, automation rules, and issue types
Strong proficiency in configuring Atlassian tools to meet diverse business and operational needs
Solid troubleshooting skills, performance monitoring, and maintenance experience
Familiarity with ITSM principles and tools such as Jira Service Management
Knowledge of security protocols, access controls, and data governance in regulated industries
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills for training and support

Preferred/Valued Experience

Scripting knowledge (e.g., Groovy, Python) and experience with tools like ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira
Integration experience with Active Directory, CI/CD pipelines, or other enterprise systems
Exposure to financial industry standards and regulatory requirements (GDPR, PCI, ISO 27001, ISO 20022 etc)
Experience customizing Confluence spaces, templates, and macros for advanced documentation workflows
Familiarity with Atlassian Cloud and Data Center environments

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Atlassian Certification (ACP-120: Jira Administration for Cloud / ACP-100: Jira Administration for Data Center) is a strong plus.
