- Coordinate interview scheduling and all candidate communications.
- Maintain internal calendars, pipelines, and documentation.
- Ensure a smooth, human, and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Building recruitment and event campaigns (especially on LinkedIn) and tracking and improving their performance.
- Coordinating and supporting our creative services team to amplify our message.
- Launch and grow an engaged developer community, including organizing events and nurturing connections between people, companies, and ideas.
- Stay informed about best practices in talent acquisition and local employment trends.
- Promote a positive candidate and employee experience throughout all interactions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and handle local HR operations independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills: you're comfortable managing calendars, deadlines, and communications without things slipping through the cracks.
- Strong people and communication skills: friendly, professional, and clear in writing and conversation.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative.
- Confident using a variety of digital tools and platforms to stay organized and collaborate effectively.
- Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across different contexts.
