Operating since 2018, the team is renowned for its expert-level approach to affiliate marketing and traffic arbitrage. With a strong internal team of media buyers and powerful CRM systems, they are now looking to strengthen their partnerships and global reach by hiring a skilled BizDev / Affiliate Manager.As BizDev / Affiliate Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding affiliate partnerships, negotiating with advertisers and networks, and optimizing offer performance. You will build lasting relationships with partners, support webmasters, and drive revenue growth through strategic deal-making and traffic quality analysis.NDARemote(Remote)Full-timeResponsibilities:
  • Manages offer updates, monitors rates, and requests improved terms for active offers
  • Provides full support to webmasters, including caps management, promo materials, traffic analysis, and consultations
  • Handles negotiations with affiliate networks and advertisers, tests new offers, and oversees payment processes
  • Sources and connects with new partners through platforms such as Telegram and other channels
  • Ensures compliance of advertising materials with platform and offer requirements
  • Coordinates with developers to implement new offers and resolve technical issues
  • Attends industry conferences, expands the partner network, and promotes the team
  • Oversees financial processes, including payment tracking and reporting
  • Manages internal processes, trains assistants, and maintains data accuracy in CRM and administrative tools
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as Affiliate Manager or BizDev Manager in affiliate marketing
  • Strong understanding of offers, traffic mechanics, caps, and conversion optimization
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms
  • Analytical mindset with experience in traffic performance analysis and offer optimization
  • Proactive approach with willingness to grow and build a team internally
  • Experience attending industry conferences to promote company visibility
  • English proficiency at B2+ level
  • Experience with various verticals and GEOs is a plus
  • Knowledge of gambling affiliate programs is a plus
  • Existing network of affiliate managers is highly desirable
  • Previous experience managing an affiliate management team is an advantage
