Hearing Aid Dispenser Trainee - Nicosia

• The successful candidate among other things will learn to recommend, sell, dispense and fit the most appropriate hearing aids from world renowned manufacturers.
• The job environment is fast-paced and challenging and requires a pro-active approach to problem solving and a desire to take responsibility for growing the business.
• The successful candidate will mainly be based in Nicosia but flexible to travel to Larnaca or Limassol if needed i.e. a colleague is on sick leave.

• Perform audiometric testing including but not limited to otoscopy, case history, air conduction, bone conduction testing with/out masking
• Evaluate the client’s needs and objectives
• Recommend, appropriately fit and program hearing aids
• Troubleshoot hearing aid problems
• Perform basic hearing aid repairs i.e. earmold tubing, ear hooks, removal filaments, filters, battery doors, minor earmold modifications, receiver replacements, etc.
• Follow-up on the progress of hearing aid users and hearing aid performance.
• Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Contribute to and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes
• Develop and continuously evaluate/adjust promotional and advertising activities
• Develop innovative ideas, and marketing approaches and create offers for marketing nationwide.
• Adhere to all company polices, procedures and business ethics codes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Audiology, Science, Speech Therapy, Sales, Marketing, Medical Representative or any other related fields
• Applicants should be able to complete the training program in a reasonable timeframe.
• Professional and technical skills, fast learning abilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to have empathy and patience when dealing with our elderly customers.
• All candidates must speak and write fluently in both Greek and English.

• Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm with 1 hour lunch
