- Acting as the initial point of contact for our customers concerning software and hardware issues.
- Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving cases which are logged through our ticketing system or through the phone, and escalating issues to our Service Provider where necessary.
- Providing support and consulting with engineers to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem via our chat application.
- Collaborating with other team members to research and resolve problems.
- Investigating and escalating issues and cases to the Customer Technical Support Shift Leaders where necessary.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
- Would like to start and develop your career in the Sports betting field
- Have strong computer skills
- Have relevant experience or knowledge
- Are fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Have a customer-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Can work on shifts (including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts)
