We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable IT Systems Administrator to join our client based in Chrysopolitissa, Larnaca, Cyprus. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the company computer systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the network infrastructure and resolving any technical issues that arise. If you are a detail-oriented and proactive individual who enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:

Maintain and update computer systems and network infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Provide technical support to staff members, both in-person and remotely
Install and configure software and hardware devices
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime
Collaborate with IT team members to implement and maintain security protocols
Manage user accounts and maintain data integrity

Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role
Proficient knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies
Experience with Microsoft technologies: Microsoft 365 , Windows 10/11
Experience working with Active Directory, Windows Servers, Google Workspace
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work well within a team and independently
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
