Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
Deliver high-quality therapy sessions to clients, promoting effective communication skills.
Educate families and caregivers on communication techniques and supportive interventions.
Track and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.
Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care to patients.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

A recognized degree in Speech and Language Therapy with registration eligibility for the Irish Speech and Language Therapy Association.
At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in speech therapy.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
Exceptional communication abilities—both oral and written.
Dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and adhering to ethical practices.
Adaptability to various clinical settings and a commitment to continuous learning.
Willing to relocate to Ireland and engage with a collaborative professional community.
