- Regularly conduct system audits, promptly resolving any identified problems.
- Detect and communicate technical issues concerning payment providers, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Coordinate upcoming deployment schedules efficiently.
- Manage the Company’s ticketing system, providing timely responses to staff requests.
- Collaborate across various departments to assess needs and communicate complex matters.
- Maintain and optimize the existing system’s database.
- Thoroughly test work quality before submitting for deployment.
- Holds a university degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Prior experience in a comparable role will be highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with MySQL will be considered a valuable asset.
- Possesses excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
