about the roleRESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the configuration of our CRM, including general settings and user access permissions.
  • Investigate CRM-related issues and devise effective solutions.
  • Regularly conduct system audits, promptly resolving any identified problems.
  • Detect and communicate technical issues concerning payment providers, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Coordinate upcoming deployment schedules efficiently.
  • Manage the Company’s ticketing system, providing timely responses to staff requests.
  • Collaborate across various departments to assess needs and communicate complex matters.
  • Maintain and optimize the existing system’s database.
  • Thoroughly test work quality before submitting for deployment.
basic information:REQUIREMENTS
  • Holds a university degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in a comparable role will be highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with MySQL will be considered a valuable asset.
  • Possesses excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Displays proactive and efficient qualities, underpinned by robust organizational skills.
  • Exhibits the ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively work independently.
