Do you love working in the iGaming industry, engaging with players, and are you extremely results-oriented? Working as a VIP manager doesn't suit everyone, but for those who enjoy it, it becomes a way of life - and you can earn a really good wage!Our client is a rapidly expanding casino & sportsbook and is claiming an increasing market share of the New Zealand market. To better service their clients, they will be engaging several more VIP managers. Being a Native NZ English speaker is a requirement for this role, as you will not only be chatting and creating promotions for your VIPs but also taking and making phone calls, so your communication skills must be top-notch.Basic salary from €28-40K + comprehensive bonus scheme of 50% of your annual salary!Role & Responsibilities

Engage with VIP clients via chat, email and phone
Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP clients
Assess and resolve clients' issue
Meet VIP players for streamed and live event
Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performance
Meet or exceed KPI target
Take active part in developing and implementing VIP programs and initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

Native/C2 communication-skills in NZ English, both written and spoken
Experience of working for min 12 months in a customer-facing role within igaming B2C
Candidates with previous experience of working with VIP management for the New Zealand market in igaming have preference and the basic salary will reflect experience

About this role

Office-based in Limassol, Cyprus
NO REMOTE FLEXIBILITY
Up to €40K basic starting salary
Comprehensive bonus scheme of 50% bonus on KPIs applicable after 3 months' training and trial
If you earn the highest starting salary + bonus, you will effectively earn €60K!
