- Preparation of accounting records in SAP Business One and QuickBooks Online.
- Preparation of VAT and VIES returns/calculations.
- Preparation of monthly payroll calculations at Easysoft payroll software.
- Preparation of monthly payroll forms for submission with the Social Insurance Office and Tax Authorities.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of Bank Accounts, Debtor/Creditor accounts, Fixed Assets.
- Assist in the external audit.
- Assist on ad hoc tasks.
- Reporting directly to Senior Accountant/CFO.
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting is highly desirable.

- At least three years of previous experience is a similar position.
- Payroll experience is a must.
- Knowledge of SAP accounting software, QuickBooks Online will be considered as an advantage.
- Knowledge of Easysoft payroll software will be considered as an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Solid understanding of general accounting principles
- Able to work with limited supervision.
- Fluency in English, verbal and writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
