- Own CRM operations for a specific region, working closely with local teams and regional managers. You will be responsible for CRM startegy and execution within a defined region - could be Europe, LATAM, Asia, or others - depending on your background and business needs.
- Create, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, etc.)
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements based on data
- Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Support) to align CRM efforts with broader goals
- Bring structure and ownership to your regions customer lifecycle processes
- Optionally take on operational tasks if youre not yet deeply embedded in the sports niche well tailor scope to your strengths
- Proven CRM experience ideally in high-paced environments (iGaming, sports tech, fintech, etc.)
- Strong English is a must youll be in constant communication with regional stakeholders
- Additional languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese, or regional ones) = big plus
- Based abroad? Even better. Our strongest performers tend to be those who work from outside of their home country hungry, driven, focused.
