- Following all local immigration and labor process according for any new hired and/or existing employees.
- Able to complete all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
- Professional personal presentation with a customer service orientation.
- Must ensure that all the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
- Prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
- Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
- Help the client to obtain Visas, Green cards and other documentation required.
- Responsible for all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
- Any other related responsibility assigned by the Head of the department.
- BSc/BA in any related field.
- 1-2 years of previous work experience within Immigration/Migration services.
- Good computer skills, Microsoft Office.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language both written and oral.
- Excellent time to management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Team player and reliable person.
