Our esteemed client is a prominent iGaming service provider boasting a decade of experience in the industry. They are currently in search of a Customer Support Representative to join their team in Larnaca or Limassol.Responsibilities:

Dealing directly with clients queries over chat system and e-mail
Answering clients requests
Promoting products and services to clients
Optimize customers satisfaction
Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet clients needs
Maintaining professionalism in all instances

Requirements:

Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation; (08.00 -16.00, 16.00 - 00.00, 00.00 - 08.00)
Experience preferred, but not mandatory
Excellent command of the English language
Attention to detail and quality of work
Computer literate and proficient user of Excel
Must be located in Cyprus and have European citizenship
