- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of payabl.'s payment products and services, and effectively communicate these to prospective merchants.
- Manage incoming lead flow and drive sales by offering tailored online payment solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients in target industries to deeply understand their needs and maximize sales potential.
- Lead and support new business development efforts, including conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and overseeing client onboarding.
- Proactively engage with inbound lead generation channels to identify and nurture potential clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across payabl. to ensure a seamless and optimal experience for merchants.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, generating ongoing opportunities to achieve both company and individual goals.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within payments, FinTech, or technology industries.
- A proven "hunter mentality" with proficiency in using lead generation tools and strategies.
- Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Commercially focused and goal-oriented, with a strong track record in achieving sales performance.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed for networking, events, and client presentations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all management levels.
