Forex Affiliate Manager, Italian and Spanish market

• Recruit new affiliate partners such as publishers, influencers, bloggers, and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners by providing ongoing support, communication, and assistance as needed.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures, and other terms to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop compelling promotional campaigns and marketing materials, monitor, and improve performance by tracking conversions and analysing data.
• Implement tracking mechanisms and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Generate regular reports on affiliate program performance, and provide insights, analysis, and recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies also to affiliate partners.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities and develop strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams for business initiatives such as marketing, product development, sales, and customer support.
• Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Forex affiliate marketing with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Affiliate portfolio focused on the Italian and Spanish market
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to measure campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Results-driven approach with a track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in affiliate marketing compliance.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies and solutions to drive affiliate program growth and success.
