Maintains an efficient collection process
Tracks and records of incoming payments
Issues and records of rental invoices
Reviews all credit card transactions for Hotel, F&B and other non-gaming related operations to ensure timely collection and booking
Reconciles balance sheet accounts relating to Accounts Receivable
Resolves outstanding payments and sending collection statements and invoices
Follows up with customers to ensure prompt payments
Responds to customer enquiries effectively and promptly
Issues monthly aging reports
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management
QUALIFICATIONS:Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
2-3 years of experience in hotel accounting especially in account receivables
Solid understanding of general accounting principles
Experience with financial reporting requirements
Good command of English language
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Good working knowledge of accounting software systems
