- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat channels in Arabic.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding account setup, trading platforms, financial products, and general inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.
- Educate clients on trading strategies, market trends, and risk management practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer support or client-facing roles within the financial services industry, preferably in CFD trading is advantageous.
- Understanding of financial markets, trading terminology, and CFD products.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
