Arabic Speaking Customer Support Representative Forex

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat channels in Arabic.
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding account setup, trading platforms, financial products, and general inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.
• Educate clients on trading strategies, market trends, and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in customer support or client-facing roles within the financial services industry, preferably in CFD trading is advantageous.
• Understanding of financial markets, trading terminology, and CFD products.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
