- Respond to Customers Requests
- Assist and support existing customers while following the Companys rules and internal policies and procedures
- Establish positive business and customer relationships
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Follow all the Company's guidelines in terms of compliance regulations
- Previous experience in Forex industry in a similar role
- Fluency in Polish (both written and oral) to a native or near native level
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices
- Highly motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Dynamic and determined personality
- Favorable remuneration package, 2000 Eur / Month + Commissions
- Full-time contract (Monday to Friday).
