- Tool Management: Evaluate, implement, and maintain CRMs, sales tools, and analytics platforms to enhance BD operations.
- Workflow Optimization: Design, document, and refine processes for lead management, outreach, and client onboarding.
- Training & Resources: Create and maintain training materials, templates, playbooks, and FAQs to support team efficiency.
- Team Enablement: Train and mentor BD team members to ensure alignment with best practices and business goals.
- System Administration: Configure, maintain, and optimize CRM platforms based on team requirements.
- Data Accuracy: Enforce data governance protocols and perform regular audits to maintain clean, reliable data.
- Insights & Reporting: Build custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and track performance metrics.
- Automation: Implement and manage automated workflows to streamline operations and reduce manual work.
- Workflow Analysis: Map and evaluate BD workflows to uncover and address inefficiencies.
- Process Enhancements: Propose and implement process improvements to ensure smooth, consistent sales operations.
- Tech Stack Integration: Work to ensure seamless integration of BD tools with company systems.
- Feedback Loops: Collect and act on feedback from the BD team to continuously refine processes and tools.
- Insight Gathering: Collect and synthesize feedback from clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify product needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product teams to align roadmaps with BD insights and market trends.
- Feature Testing: Coordinate pilot programs and gather feedback on new product features.
- Support Materials: Develop clear, concise materials to help the BD team communicate new product features to clients.
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, operations, CRM management, or a similar support role.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot and/or Cellxpert).
- Strong understanding of sales processes and lead management workflows.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, sales).
- Familiarity with workflow automation and data governance best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with a proactive, process-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with reporting tools, dashboard creation, and performance tracking.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related field preferred.
