Plant Operator - Larnaca

• Implement procedures for operating production machinery and managing human resources, waste management, leaks, or other processes in compliance with company requirements and production needs.
• Monitor the operation of machinery during shifts, ensuring correct adjustments to various operational parameters (pressures, temperatures, gas flows, etc.) according to the production manager's instructions.
• Monitor and document product quality parameters and adjust operational settings to meet Quality Assurance Department goals.
• Perform quality control analyses on cement, clinker, raw materials, and ground coal parameters.
• Oversee additional facility and equipment parameters, such as motor temperatures, lubricant temperatures, etc., for which the operator is responsible.

• University graduate (Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering discipline)
• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages
• Ability to work in shifts (and/or other flexible hours during unit shutdowns)

• The working hours are rotating shifts (07:00 – 15:00 / 15:00 – 23:00 / 23:00 – 07:00)
