- Collaborating with affiliate and in-house marketing managers to define agreements and commission structures within the affiliate software.
- Assisting with the affiliate balance calculations and reconciliation with the Finance department.
- Keeping up with the marketing costs within PowerBI reports and dashboards.
- Manage the affiliate payout process for affiliates, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities specific to affiliate operations and implement strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance is an advantage.
- Experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an industry-specific focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
