- Assisting with reconciliations (Debtors/Creditors/Bank accounts).
- Responsible for Invoicing.
- Executing payments to suppliers.
- General bookkeeping.
- Support the accounting department with additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist CFO on various matters such as KYC and work with corporate documents, including opening bank accounts.
- Discuss confidential company matters with tax and legal advisors.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Previous experience in a similar accounting and bookkeeping role is a must.
- Prior experience working in the Shipping sector will be considered an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent in both verbal and written English.
- Knowledge of the Russian language is a plus.
