Finance Analyst In Limassol

• Salary of Up to EUR30,000 per annum (12 salaries)

• Assist in accounting entries
• Preparation and execution of payroll
• Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, forecasts, and performance analysis across the restaurant portfolio
• Monthly management accounts preparation, and financial reviews
• Collaborate with operational teams to understand drivers of performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work on profitability and margin analysis by site and by product
• Assist in cash flow forecasting and working capital monitoring
• Support the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors where needed
• Continuously improve reporting tools, processes, and models
• Assist in budgeting, planning, and variance analysis

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or part-qualified
• Prior experience in a Big 4 or top-tier accounting firm (Audit, Advisory, or Transaction Services)
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills - able to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders
• Genuine interest in the hospitality industry and desire to grow within a dynamic group
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems is a plus
