- Responsible for understanding motivations and needs of our customers, building insights and integrating them into a comprehensive multichannel communication strategy.
- Using your expertise you'll engage the customer, maximise retention, engagement, customer satisfaction and customer ARPU
- The CRM Manager acts as a customer champion in the process of strategy and communication development along with the data strategy teams
- Responsible to directly manage the CRM executives
- Developing a comprehensive customer communication strategy segmented by market, CRM Life stage and derived objectives that is tailored to our Brands and Audience
- Initiating the requirement and manage the development process of global creative that has a laser focus on the customer insight and delivers customer engagement and response
- Leading on-going segmentation of the customer base in the market to identify insights and target customer segments with specific campaigns that are relevant for specific strategic aims of you team
- Working closely with your team to prioritise campaigns and offers from a customer perspective and ensure that communication strategy also best delivers their objectives and expectations
- Developing and delivering local, personalised and targeted campaigns using relevant customer channels such as onsite messaging, email, SMS, push notifications and 3rd party channels
- Developing campaigns based on specific customer profile, behavioural or events and continually optimise through a test and learn approach
- Supporting triggered email program tests, including test setup, validation, and review
- Ensuring that the campaign execution and delivery is completed as per plan and all the relevant stakeholders are informed of the volumes, performance and outcomes
- Do a comprehensive promotion/campaign analysis on a monthly basis and present to the key stakeholders
- Managing a team of executives to ensure you are delivering the highest quality campaigns and meeting targets
- At least two years experience in a similar position
- Previous experience with people management
- Fluent in French is a strong advantage
- Past experience with Fast Track industry is a plus
- Organized, self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to meet deadlines
