- Configuring and maintaining Dynamics 365 applications to ensure smooth operation.
- Perform functional management tasks on the systems to enable the best user experience and secure & fast processing by optimizing workflows and dimensions.
- Setting up user roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Modifying workflows, forms, and dashboards to align with business needs.
- Ensuring data integrity, performing migrations, and managing integrations with other systems.
- Addressing technical issues and providing end user support, following end users requests and solving issues.
- Working with end users, functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to enhance system functionality.
- Document system and process descriptions.
- BSc or MSc degree in Information Technology, Finance, or Process Management.
- 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Functional Administrator and/or Consultant of Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320) will be considered a plus.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Fluency in both verbal and written of Greek and English.
- Strong team player.
