You’ll find our 550+ team currently across 11 locations and 9 time zones.The RoleWe are looking for a technically proficient Business System Analyst to support system integration, requirement gathering, and functional testing across multiple projects. The role involves working closely with architects and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications, design integration flows, and ensure system reliability through risk and error analysis.As our Senior Business Systems Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

Gather and formalize requirements from various sources.
Create technical specifications including data structures, UI elements, and integration flows.
Collaborate on system and solution design with architects.
Document technical and user-facing aspects of developed services.
Support functional testing and prototype validation.
Train users and analyze production issues.

About You

Degree in IT or related field.
5+ years in system or technical business analysis.
Skilled in requirements management (Use Cases, User Stories).
Experienced in solution design and integration (Kafka).
Knowledgeable in BPMN, UML, REST APIs, microservices, and SQL.
Familiar with UI/UX principles and Scrum methodology.
Basic understanding of infrastructure services and programming languages (Python, Java, etc.).
Strong communicator with fluent English.
