- Prepare client data reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
- Provide reports and documentation to comply with regulations and internal reporting requirements.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified in collaboration with the Back Office team.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive bank records to ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation.
- Monitor and track outstanding items, ensuring they are promptly resolved.
- Implement and adhere to reconciliation procedures and internal processes.
- Remain informed about any relevant regulatory requirements and the industry's best practices, relating to reconciliation processes and safeguarding of client assets.
- Ensure that all financial information is recorded in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
- Coordinate with other external advisors and service providers as required.
- BSc/MSc in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration or in any related field.
- Previous experience is a must, preferably, in a similar position.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- An energetic, positive individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Proactive and results oriented.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent oral and written skills in English.
