- Maintenance, mailing, equipment, errands, and shopping/ordering supplies.
- Schedule meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Organize the office layout and handle stationery and equipment orders.
- Maintain the office condition and coordinate necessary repairs.
- Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Address employee queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements).
- Liaise with facility management vendors, covering cleaning, catering, and security services.
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, including events, celebrations, and conferences.
- Assist colleagues with daily tasks.
- Draft letters/emails and fill in forms accurately.
- Assist with corporate documents to be submitted to the Registrar of Companies/Banks.
- Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Gross salary between 1200 and 1400 euro gross depending on experience.
