Motivate engineers to code what the business needs ;)
Lead and manage projects in the area of mobile/web development from conception to completion within budget and time constraints
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete cross-domain projects
Conducting studies and gathering insights to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points, and applying these insights to product development.
Finding insights from surveys, data, and the market.
Effectively communicating with company stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Evaluating the effectiveness of the implemented functionality using numerical data. You should be able to talk numbers
Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of product features and updates according to the established roadmap.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical product/project management role
Experience of working with video streaming, fintech or iOS development will be a plus
Passion for using AI would be a great plus
Strong leadership skills
Analytical thinking, ability, and desire to work with numbers and analytics.
Good skills in creating surveys and market research
Good understanding of general development principles and knowledge of the product life cycle.
Experience using agile development methodologies with distributed teams (Feature Teams), and the ability to keep up with a fast-paced and global company.
Deep empathy for users.
B2+ English proficiency.
Ability to quickly, responsibly, and efficiently perform any task.
Responsibility, a high degree of self-organization, and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
