The team is focused on integrating state-of-the-art Generative AI, LLMs, and data pipelines to optimize internal workflows and deliver high-performance tools for enterprise and creative users. They are now hiring a proactive and technically strong AI Engineer to join their remote-first team.We're looking for a skilled AI Engineer with experience in Generative AI, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines. This role requires hands-on development using Python, interaction with LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock), and a strong understanding of working with large datasets. You'll work cross-functionally to scale intelligent AI-powered features across products and internal operations.NDARemote(Remote)Full-timeResponsibilities:

Design and implement LLM-powered pipelines using tools like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Amazon Bedrock
Create, test, and optimize prompts for text generation, RAG, and fine-tuning use cases
Build scalable services to integrate LLMs into production workflows and internal tools
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business cases for AI automation
Write clean, efficient Python code and interact with APIs, cloud environments, and AI platforms
Handle data manipulation tasks using SQL, ensuring fast access to large datasets
Contribute to knowledge sharing around best practices for integrating AI into company operations

Requirements:

2-4+ years of engineering experience, with a focus on Machine Learning / AI
Solid hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering
Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and fine-tuning models
Practical experience using OpenAI, Anthropic, or Amazon Bedrock
Excellent programming skills in Python with a focus on clean and maintainable code
Experience writing complex SQL queries and working with large data pipelines
Strong communication skills and ability to drive AI adoption across teams
Proactive, self-organized, and comfortable working in remote environments

Nice to Have

Familiarity with LangChain, Weaviate, Pinecone, or vector DBs
Experience deploying AI models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
Background in AI productization or enterprise automation
