- First point of contact for IT support within the organisation
- Select and prepare new laptops/desktops based on departmental needs.
- Collaborate with external IT providers for initial system and user setup.
- Check and install printers.
- Install and configure necessary software per department.
- Provide first-level support to office users for day-to-day IT issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Evaluate and diagnose computer problems, offering timely and effective solutions.
- Assist internal Staff Members with Office and productivity tools, ensuring they can perform their roles efficiently.
- Document and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of laptops and assigned users.
- Manage SharePoint access for internal and external users and keep updated records.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in IT.
- Get trained in and manage the company's Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform.
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration.
- Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in a professional services environment (e.g., audit, accounting, legal firm) will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
- A passion for technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
