- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR operations, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Fluency in English.
