Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Assisting and supporting the Compliance Manager.
Liaising with external Legal Consultants.
Accurately complete all necessary documentation/forms in a timely manner i.e. CRS, FATCA , subscription booklets, account opening forms etc…
Reviewing legal agreements and the preparation of simple legal documents.
Maintaining records and filing documents.
Keeping track of regulatory developments.
To be flexible beyond job description.

Key Skills/Experience:

University Degree in Law, Business Administration, or similar field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a compliance department and/or corporate department of a law firm.
Knowledge of AML procedures, KYC/CDD etc…
Excellent command of English both verbal and written.
Broad thinker, able to take initiative.
Professional handling of confidential and sensitive information.
Integrity of character and strong worth ethic.
Team player.
Able to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and produce tidy, structured and accurate work.
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office & Visio).
Good administrative skills for organizing and filing documents.
Be loyal, focused, supportive, reliable and punctual.
