- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
- Manage high volumes of outbound calls (both cold and warm) and email outreach on a daily basis.
- Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiating, and closing new business deals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers through calls, online meetings, and tailored proposals.
- Share market insights and contribute to the development of innovative sales solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs.
- Accurately maintain client records, account data, and reporting systems.
- Ensure data quality and compliance standards are upheld at all times.
- Apply a consultative, solution-based sales approach on every interaction.
- Native-level or fluent English (C1), with excellent written and spoken communication. Knowledge of an additional European language (German, Italian, Romanian, Hungarian, Polish, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, call center, or similar customer-facing role, with a focus on upselling.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Target-driven with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills - confident, personable, and persuasive communicator.
- Solid IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Access to a professional workspace and reliable high-speed internet (if required for hybrid/remote activities).

- Genuine interest in media, advertising, and/or travel.
- Availability to work Monday-Thursday (8:30am-5:00pm) and Friday (8:30am-4:00pm).
