- Install and configure physiotherapy medical equipment at client locations.
- Diagnose and repair technical faults and malfunctions of the machines.
- Perform regular maintenance and ensure the proper functioning of the equipment.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on the correct use of the equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with the sales team and customer service department to address technical issues promptly.
- Maintain records of repairs, maintenance reports, and spare parts inventory.
- Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Basic understanding of networking and software related to medical equipment.
- Good command of English (for understanding technical manuals).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within and outside the city.
