Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the maintenance and administration of Companies' statutory records.
  • Assisting with drafting, reviewing and executing corporate and legal documents such as agreements and resolutions and any other required documentation.
  • Ensuring proper updating, filing and archiving of Company's records and legal documentation.
  • Filing changes with the Registrar and ordering of certificates.
  • Reviewing, updating and handling all KYC related matters of the company in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
  • Liaising with the team as needed for the preparation of legal documents and/or providing support-ing documents in connection with the transactions.
  • Attending and organizing board meetings, as well as keeping minutes.
  • Opening bank accounts, reviewing bank forms and liaising with banks.
  • Managing calendar by organizing and coordinating meetings/conference calls and keeping minutes.
  • Handling incoming communications with internal departments, as well as various associates, consultants, administrators, agents, lawyers, auditors, and governmental authorities concerning corporate administrative service provided to the Company.
  • Undertaking other tasks related to the responsibilities mentioned in accordance with Company needs.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • A University Degree in relevant subject is desirable.
  • Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of working with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
