
1st Line IT Support Technician - Limassol

- Act as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance (via phone, email, or in person)
- Support users across multiple international offices and time zones
- Log, prioritize, and track support requests through the ticketing system
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or escalate to 2nd/3rd line support as necessary
- Set up and configure new desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Assist with user account management (password resets, permissions, onboarding/offboarding)
- Maintain and update technical documentation and user guides
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of all IT requests
- Monitor and maintain office IT infrastructure to ensure minimal downtime
- At least 1 year proven experience or relevant education in IT support or helpdesk environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and common desktop applications
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Greek is an advantage
- Right to live and work in Cyprus
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MTA/MCP, or similar
- Experience in a regulated or financial services environment
- Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques
- The working hours are Monday – Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 with 1 hour lunch break (onsite role)
