On behalf of our Client, a well-established multi-asset global trading platform, GRS are seeking to recruit a Financial Sales Specialist – German & English Speaker in Nicosia. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Nicosia based Financial Sales Specialist – German & English Speaker role.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDrive revenue growth through proactive sales and consultative sellingDevelop new client relationships and nurture existing ones by identifying customer needs through active listening and consultationMeet and exceed monthly sales targetsProvide exceptional customer service to all clientsBe up-to-date with market trends and industry developmentsCANDIDATE PROFILEAt least 1-2 years' sales experience in the same industry or financial services fieldsFluency in German and EnglishProven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targetsKnowledge of CFD trading techniques and regulationsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesCOMPANY BENEFITSCompetitive base salary with uncapped discretionary quarterly bonusFlexibility of working between home/office in a scheduled mannerWeekday work only40 hours/week - Monday to Friday.
