- Conducting market research to support the development of market reports, feasibility studies, investment memorandums, valuation exercises, and strategy studies, as well as preparing and delivering client presentations and reports.
- Preparing and reviewing valuation models for various property types using methodologies such as the Income Approach (DCF), Comparable Sales, and Income Capitalization.
- Developing complex financial models for real estate, development, and hospitality projects, including sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.
- Assisting clients in acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures by providing analytical and strategic support.
- Analyzing trends in the Cyprus and broader European real estate market, including supply, demand, and pricing dynamics.
- Contributing to the preparation of presentations, reports, and thought leadership pieces on real estate trends and market developments.
- Engaging with investors, developers, and financial institutions, while building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as developers, government entities, and financial institutions.
- Supporting the team in identifying new business opportunities, responding to client inquiries, and preparing proposals.
- Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on technical aspects of real estate valuation and transactions.
- Managing project timelines and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of local real estate framework (and comfortable with using the DLS data), regulations, zoning laws, and financial reporting requirements.
- University degree in the field of Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar role;
- Strong understanding of both real estate and corporate finance.
- Ability to synthesize client information and understand key business drivers;
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Effective written and verbal communication;
- Fluency in English.
- Qualification or in an advanced process of becoming qualified ACA, ACCA, CFA, RICS;
- Registered ETEK member
- Experience in a similar role
