As CFO, you will be the financial cornerstone of their operations reporting directly to the principal and working closely with project leads across various verticals. This is not a traditional corporate finance role. They're seeking someone agile, commercially minded, and comfortable juggling multiple high-value projects simultaneously. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on whether building financial models for a new venture, overseeing budget planning, or liaising with international partners.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activitiesTreasury managementManaging relations with external providers for accounting, audit (big4), legalManage reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictionsOversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, audit, and tax planning, risk managementDevelop financial models for new business initiativesLiaise with external advisors, banks, and auditors both locally and internationallyWork closely with project managers and investment teams to ensure financial discipline across projectsTranslate financial insights into clear and actionable recommendations for the principalCANDIDATE PROFILEFluent in Russian (spoken and written) – essential for liaising with stakeholders and partners10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or corporate strategyCFA qualification is a must.
