Finance Specialist (Accounts Payable Team)

- Preparation of templates for General Ledger postings.
- Process invoices for the Group's companies in our ERP System.
- Process of Bank transactions in our ERP system.
- Perform Vendor reconciliation.
- Arrange saving of documents, keeping the information up to date.
- Liaise with colleagues in different locations to request any additional information.
- Participate in any other ad-hoc projects that the Head of Accounts Payables might need assistance with.
- LCCI Higher in Accounting or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to function effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP will be considered as an advantage.
- Hybrid - 3 days of work from the office, 2 days from home.
- This role is not eligible for relocation or immigration support.
